The inner part of the board has 19 to 24 pints. This is where your piece begins its journey. On the other side of the game board, your opponent begins at the points 1 to 6. The middle part of the game board is called the "vertical ares". The main goal in a Multi player backgammon is to be able to move all the pieces around the innermost portion and bare them off the board. The player who fisrt remove all its pieces wins the game.
